Unit:
This section handles motion matters that arise at the trial level,
including motions to suppress evidence, bail motions and reductions,
and most post-sentencing matters. The section is also responsible
for the handling of municipal court appeals argued before the Law
Division, as well as the return of property and motions related to
civil cases that touch on criminal matters.
